On Saturday November 21, the Federal Minister for Housing, Michael Sukkar, did the honours at the ribbon cutting ceremony, highlighting how important this new community is to life in Melbourne’s west.
Joining him were the developers of New Gardens, the team at Goodtown and Oasis Land Estates who shared their vision for a community close to amenities with inviting outdoor spaces. In particular, they spoke of the excitement of welcoming new residents to the this very popular area and the many options available. Whether you’re upgrading for your growing family or looking for a chance to get onto the property ladder, there is something for you at New Gardens.
Before and following proceedings, a specially organised Barista coffee cart at the light and bright Sales Centre proved a big hit with the guests. The new playground was also popular with our smaller visitors.
At 198 Paynes Road, the Sales Centre is now open seven days a week from 11am to 5pm. Feel free to pop in and meet Estate Manager Paige Smith, to discuss how you too can live the dream here at New Gardens.
